Yep you did, I am pretty sure we ran around to several places and I did not find a thing. The. The last place you all ran the sluice, I panned and finally found some flour. Then you all gave me the sluice gold. Appreciated it then. I had a blast exploring a new place that day.

I have only made it out with others a few times and have enjoyed it every time. Always find a little gold. To me it is about escaping to the creeks and woods, getting out of town. The gold is a fun bonus. I only get out a half dozen times or so a year, every speck I find or am given is worth something to folks like me who do not get to go often or dredge or highbank etc. hope to be up next weekend. Have an extra day off for the holiday
