I hate it when that happens. they make a chemical that removes that tarnish and restores the dull lead color.

You wish, we got some mercury issues in the creek, funny thing is they come out of the water clean, and once it hits the air, it starts to turn. Maybe some of our buckets are contaminated. I will get new buckets and see if that fixes it.

I pan and sluice! When i am running my rich concentrates through the clean up sluice, then I pan! I even run it down a table. I am reconnecting with the past prospectors as well!
