I am going to be taking "cultural proficiency" training next fall. According to my employer, " it's training that incorporates the idea that heterosexual white men in America benefit from a system of privilege and entitlement while other groups have been victims sof systemic oppression" are  you freakin kidding me. I am a school teacher....privilege, I got what I have because I have busted my tail to get the little I have. I earned my grades by doing my work, earned my scholarship by training my ass off, not because I am a white male. Was repeatedly denied jobs because I was a white male and " we really need ......I do not think I will survive this training without getting pretty damn ugly.

LOL, I had one of those once. But it was jury duty.

And we do benefit from being the new minority, but no one will acknowledge that...

Lol, if your a teacher, being a "white male" does NOT help you get a job! if you want an easy hire teacher position you need to be young, white, female and single.
