last year I went out on a 15 degree day with no gloves. never again will I do that.

I've had a few miserable experiences where the gloves got holes and basically became useless.. now I carry an extra pair of gloves sometimes 3. lol  |

I went and dove when it was 14 last year wasnt bad with heater but thats as cold as i have been

I went out last year and found out the hard way I had developed a hole in my boot. weird walking all the way back to the car and not being able to feel my foot...

Yea if you have to travel much you will be ready for some heat but makes heat almost instantly it dont bother me to much i wear a 7mm farmer john and use a full face cressi seasoft 5mm pro ti gloves and a 7mm hood but you couldnt go without the heater

While I readily admit that I'm a newbie in the dredging field, I can almost guarantee that I will be a virgin till the day I die, regarding ice dredging. I love to fish as well, but can't convince myself to ice fish, figure if I don't need a cooler for the beer I'm not fishing!
