I figured we could broaden the horizon.
I couldn't control aspects such as letting dealers take the ads away and replacing ads on the other forums, this fixes it.
I wanted to have specific groups for each person's interests. Instead of being a smorgasbord of information.
I want to run my own board.
Hope ya all enjoy.

I wish someone could show me the NC regs on dredging and dredge sizes. I have asked everyone who has told me a six was illegal to prove it and all I ever get was "I read it on the internet". I have asked fish and game if they regulate it and they don't know what I am talking about. The county sheriff knows nothing about it either. I don't have a six and will never own one, but this has always been a question of mine.
Kev told me the EPA regulates it. That means it is a federal law because I don't think they regulate individual state laws. Not wanting to be argumentative with anyone just wondering out loud.

I agree Mark totally, I have always asked where is this law written, but its what I have just always heard from pay-to-play places and others...

I have looked and looked for anything in writing that states such, but I have never found it anywhere so far, I think Kev said there used to be a site that had it in writing, but it can't be found now.

The last time I saw it it was on the old Gold Grubbing site. That site has been gone for years. I that had the site bookmarked but that computer died years ago. I have looked and can't find it again either. I NEVER told you the EPA regulated dredge size in any state. That is regulated by the state usually one of the water divisions DENR, N.C. Division of Water Resources, NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources and several other Divisions in the state. Kev If I recall it was DixieDredger that posted links to where the regulations on dredges were in writing, I also had a link to what he had posted but I don't remember what the regs said exactly, but the same as you it was on an older computer and I can't recover that link, the link most likely wouldn't work anyway that was 8 years or so ago.
