I am stuck between gold bug or the AT gold which is better?

I went with the at gold. Very user friendly and you get more bang for your buck.

Not meaning to direct anyone to other forums but you asked about the Nokta FORS Gold Nugget Detector, Steve Herschbach has recently posted a review of his testing of this detector on his forum, good info and also the manufacturer has also joined in on the topic and rare as it may seem Nokta is open to and asking for customer's suggestions and input for improvements of current Nokta detectors and new designs of future Nokta detectors, they have even decide to upon special request make left handed versions of their detectors for left handed user/buyer after hearing that they have had some difficulties when using the detectors that are designed in a right handed fashion, I have never heard of any other manufacturers that have not only have taken such steps but also are seeking input from end users, says a lot about this company if you ask me!!

 I have also read of other reviews from users of the Nokta FORS Gold Nugget Detector and I have heard nothing but very good things about this detector!!
