I noticed the extra screen on that punch plate. That is what I am running on my 5". I have the fine screen only half way though. The use of miners moss will kill the screen action. The volume of water is already reduced or deflected by the screens. Adding the moss will about close off the screens. I do like the riffles over the screens though. It should force down gold underneath punch plate and on bottom mat. The key is to reduce the volume of water at top of box so fine gold can drop out and not be wash off mat with heavy water.
