Found some of this at dan Nicholas park. They have a sluicing area you can purchase buckets of material to go through and find gems. The quality was nothing like this. Another side note it is very soft mineral. Hardness of 2-3. Tumbling this stuff will leave you with flourite sand! So tumble only with other flourite specimens.

It's sweet. I buy lots of that for my school kids. BTW, the wholesale gem show in Franklin is in July. It's amazing and you can buy this in many colors and pieces as big as basketballs. Lots of other great rocks and minerals for sale. There are also two other sales open to the public, nearby. If anyone wants to meet me at the G&LW show, let me know. You can use my license to get in and purchase.

I will be there July 26th which is Saturday. Usually do the big wholesale show then cross the street and check out the vendors there. All will usually deal. You can go to the show and purchase with my license if you don't have one. Just have to meet up with me to get a copy and tell the vendors you are a purchaser for my business.
