When I lived on Johns Island, I would try to go fishing for a few hours every day possible. I would send my buddy a picture of what he was missing, just to hack on him. Great fishing down there.

Whiting and a few croaker. Great tasting fish.

I used to use the whiting for shark bait lol.. I would eat the croaker, but whiting = bait for me haha

Great tasting fish. Fillet and fry. Makes my mouth water. You are probably eating them at your local fish camp or restaurant. They usually call them whitefish.

Ya, I used to go net my own shrimp when I lived in Savannah.. Was pretty fun.. I can't remember the name of that bait fish that swims in schools, hmm in the shallows in the brakish water.. but we use them for bait too.

Menhaden and finger mullet probably. Good bait.

Spots are good to. We would catch them off the pier.
