i had a temp job with the city of lexington changing watermeters. one time i was pulling one out and all this black sand was in the bottom of the meter box. so i put as much as i could get into a container and took it home to run through my clean up sluice. found about 20 colors.

Doing a fire damage cleanup in a downtown Greensboro hotel I found a gold tooth in a vat of cooking grease. Never did figure out where it came from.

Ohhh, ohhh... I know, the cook was hit in the head with a pan of hot grease that started a fire and he lost a tooth in the battle.
Nice find!
