So how where they preserved in the mud or something? Did ya find more than just two?

ywevis, I found many. Armadillo scutes and glyptodont scutes are for bragging rights. Not as easy to find as some other fossils. Some are preserved in mud. Some are replaced with calcium phosphate or other materials to form fossils. I could post thousands of fossils but don't want to hog the board.
