Is that a natural wall on the right side or man made?

The wall is man made. Not sure about any kind of road above. Could be a wagon path. Tried to get summer access during non hunting season but got turned down. They think any kind of activity like a small dredge or people will scare of the wildlife and they won't have anything to shoot at come Fall. I am not a hunter so I don't know if that is true or imagined. Would kill to get a dredge in there.

Feeding deer and humans being around will not run off the wildlife. Hence deer in inter cities, etc. However, I know many hunters that think like that.

Is that a center block wall? I don't remember. It was just a short section of wall along a very long creek. I think it may have been formed and poured. Don't have a clue what it was used for.

I once made the mistake of thinking I could sample a small creek at a bridge because it was "public right of way." That misinformed thinking had me staring down the barrel of a shotgun. The owner who owned the property on both sides of the bridge taught me a lesson. If I don't own it or have permission, I am not going to dig or trespass anywhere. However, I haven't given up hope to work out something with that club. Maybe I can convince them that a shovel and sluice won't scare away wildlife. If I get permission, I'll be sure to call you first. Lol.
