You will take the challenge out of it if you make it to easy. Maybe big whatever during certain times of the month to entice quality posting instead of just crazy posts to gain money. As an example you could post LOL or I agree and get big money on everything anyone posts. What we need to do with this forum is to get as many professional or experience dredgers talking. Otherwise it will be like the other dredge forum that never has any quality posts. I was impressed with all the content that Indy started posting on the other forum. Times that by many members and ya got something. Not saying everyone has boring content, but different and unique content that will entice discussion.
