Got out rained a little bit. However we was rewarded greatly. The water was just about perfectly clear. Found some nice gold, tons and tons of lead. It was over a very fun day. As Mark said it was an Epic Day of Dredging!!

You could not ask for a better day, well except we could ask for a dredge tender who was not asleep in the truck HAHA! The rain that started about 3 sucked also, but all in all some of the most fun dredging that I have had in a long time. We were in about 6 feet of water with 12" of over burden over nice bedrock with deep cracks. Water was a little cool, but we were able to dive with 5mil wet suits without hoods. Casey and I worked side by side most of the day.

Awesome day indeed! Those were the best clean-outs I've personally seen. Water was so clear the visibility was a good 4-6ft all around. Dredges were positioned perfectly so the debris was pulled away by the current. At one point Mark thought he hit the nugget glory hole and tapped for me to come over and pick out what looked like a good 5 gram nugget, unfortunately it turned out to be another bullet, however it is the first 'Golden Bullet' I've seen.

Hey, it is the thrill that counts. We wound up with about 4 pounds of bullets, lead weights, bird shot etc. too bad they are not worth $1300 oz.

I think crap value at A.L. Lowders lead is .35c/lb, so you roughly made $1.40 worth of scrap. Or you could turn them into soft weights to replace the ones lost today lol

That's the best viewing under the water I have seen in that creek ever. I hope Mark uploads his video..
