Our small minning company will be at this show, showing some of our crystalline gold from the historic Whitlock Minning District in Mariposa Ca. We willl have available, specimens and crystalline gold, some jewelery with said gold, and paydirt bags of crushed ore.... If you are out this way, stop by and say howdy, we will be proud to show the fruits of lots of hard work....

It is a shell game for sure, they continue to move the finish line. SB 637 still has some hurdles in the legislature, and then will come the legal challenges. The supreme court has already ruled the material coming out of our dredges is incedental fallback, so there is no regulatory discharge. Problem is the states liberal green facist, don't recognize the judicial branch, or federal mining laws. It is getting close to this situation to escalate out of the courts and the assembly, to a conflict in the woods.

Ya, the guy from the waterboard was like talking about discharge, however the findings of the courts say there is no additional discharge. The senator against the water board said it best, that the waterboard has ruined the water.
