Would be dredging here in a heartbeat if we could... Stupid DHEC... We've been fighting with the locals down creek at the lake in court since 2003... at least. Big money can really tie crap up and as long as we don't use motors of any kind in the creek, or return runoff from suction dredging to the creek we are good per the ruling and our mining permits... We are still fighting to get dredging back...
